Scope
These terms govern the use of LawReport.ch public content, Law Community functions and paid access.
Registration and full access
Companies are verified against Zefix; Swiss addresses are plausibility-checked server-side via Nominatim. Private individuals must provide a Swiss address.
Permitted use
In particular, automated bulk extraction, circumvention of technical safeguards and unlawful republication are prohibited.
LawReport Partner, authorship and advertising
An application creates no entitlement to admission, publication, author status or an advertising contract. Admission and continued participation require verifiable primary sources, the applicable quality criteria and a current requalification. Payment covers advertising visibility only; it may not influence scores, person profiles, editorial statements, source decisions or rankings. If requalification expires, the applicable minimum or suspension score is no longer met, or a documented hard-fail criterion applies, LawReport may disable advertising delivery immediately. Contract termination is governed by the individual agreement and mandatory law. No ranking, reach, mandate, AI citation or search-position guarantee is given.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, substantive Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Wil SG unless mandatory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
