This post is a record-based reconstruction. It names public officeholders exclusively in verified professional roles. Party complaints are not recategorised as findings of fact.

What the records show

Am 19. Mai 2026 bestätigte sie, dass vom Vater bezeichnete Unterlagen in vorinstanzlichen Akten vorhanden seien und im weiteren Verfahren beigezogen beziehungsweise berücksichtigt würden.

In the meantime the father raised objections regarding uncertainties about the completeness of the file and the allocation of documents. These objections remain party submissions to the extent they were not incorporated into the decision.

The circulation decision of 15 June 2026 names Gstöhl as president of the adjudicative panel.

On 13 April 2026 Caroline Gstöhl invited the parties in the appeal proceedings to submit comments and requested files, Track&Trace extracts and the transmission of the decision in Juris-Transit from the District Court of Wil.

The critical point

The sharp question arises from the chronology itself: when does a procedural act become an actual burden, when does something remain merely alleged and when is there a judicial finding? Especially for authorities and courts this boundary must remain visible.

What does not follow from this

The documented proceedings do not permit a blanket assertion that Caroline Gstöhl acted unlawfully, was biased, or was personally motivated. Where a party specifically alleges this, the allegation is identified as such. Criticism remains possible, but it must be based on verifiable items in the file.

Role and Responsibility

Caroline Gstöhl is linked in this contribution only with the officially or record-verified function. The relation Person → Role → Institution → Action → Source is the standard; a mere mention of the name is not sufficient.

LawReport-Classification

The strongest criticism is therefore not the loudest formulation, but the precise juxtaposition of date, document, type of statement and consequence. Readers can thus discern for themselves where the actions of the authorities, party submissions and judicial assessment coincide — and where they do not.
