1. Provider and eligible users
The contracting party is Management Consulting Mayr, Waldaustrasse 2, 9500 Wil SG, Switzerland, UID CHE-367.978.722. Purchases are available to adult private individuals with a Swiss address and to businesses with a Swiss registered office or business address.
2. Price per article
Each paid article costs CHF 27.75 net plus 8.1% Swiss VAT, currently CHF 30.00 gross per article. There is no monthly flat fee and no automatic renewal.
3. Unlocking
A successful one-time Stripe payment unlocks exactly the purchased article for the signed-in account. Other paid articles remain separately chargeable.
4. Account and payment
Account details must be true, current and complete. Net, VAT and gross are shown before payment. An invoice is created for every purchase.
5. Content and sources
LawReport is a documentation and research platform, not individual legal advice. Sources and review times are shown where possible.
6. Existing legacy access
Previously paid monthly access remains valid only until its already paid end date. No new monthly access is sold.
7. Law
Mandatory consumer and liability rights remain reserved. Swiss law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
