This contribution is a file-based reconstruction. It names public officials only in verified professional roles. Party complaints are not relabelled as findings of fact.
What the files show
In the same letter of 21 July 2026 she announced, without further hearing, a written decision on modification of maintenance, child protection measures and instruction to the debtor.
The father had previously requested a formal clarification of the conduct of proceedings. That he later complained that the treatment was inadequate is a party submission and not an already established violation of rights.
An earlier court decision had described allegations against the father's parenting ability as not substantiated, not corroborated and not proven, and had assessed both parents as fully capable of parenting.
On 30 March 2026, Judge Jolanda Genton recorded in writing that in the precautionary proceedings in question only maintenance was to be decided.
The critical point
The sharp question arises from the chronology itself: When does a procedural act become a real burden, when does something remain merely alleged, and when is there a judicial finding? Especially for authorities and courts this boundary must remain visible.
What does not follow from that
The documented proceedings do not permit a general finding that Jolanda Genton acted unlawfully, biased, or with personal motivation. Where a party specifically alleges any of those matters, the allegation is referred to as such. Criticism remains possible, but it must be based on verifiable items in the case file.
Role and Responsibility
In this entry Jolanda Genton is linked only with the function that is officially or file-verified. The relation Person → Role → Institution → Action → Source is the standard; a mere mention of the name is not sufficient.
LawReport Classification
The strongest criticism is therefore not the loudest formulation, but the precise juxtaposition of date, document, type of statement and consequence. Readers can thereby recognise for themselves where official action, parties' submissions and judicial assessment coincide — and where they do not.
